Rock star Kid Rock spoke with Fox & Friends this week about the tragic loss of his dear friend country music legend Toby Keith. Rock and Keith had been friends for a long time and shared a mutual respect and appreciation for our nation’s military.

“He was such an incredible talent and he loved his family like he loved his country. And we can’t forget what a fun guy he was…award shows and after parties,” Rock told Fox & Friends. “We called him ‘Big Dog’ — he was a large man.”
Rock recounts a story about how Keith pulled him out of a jam after an awards show.
“Toby stepped in and he handled the situation so elegantly.”
