According to Bess Freedman, CEO of luxury real estate firm Brown Harris Stevens, former President and 2024 GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate is worth north of $240 million dollars.
So, more than the $18 million dollar price tag affixed to the property in Trump’s NYC civil fraud trial by AG Letitia James and Judge Arthur Engoron.
“I think the valuation is something in the hundreds of millions, and I think there could be a buyer for something like that,” Freedman told CNN’s Erin Burnett on Tuesday.
