KERIK on HANNITY: George Floyd’s Arrest ‘Defies Logic, Common Sense, Training, Police Procedure’
Former Commissioner of the NYPD Bernie Kerik stopped-by ‘Hannity’ Wednesday night to weigh-in on the death of Minneapolis resident George Floyd; saying his arrest “defies logic, common sense, training, and police procedure.”
“I’m looking at this, you know how sensitive the neck area is, he’s not resisting, why would they keep their knee on his neck for six minutes or more?” asked Hannity.
“Nobody has the answer because it defies logic, common sense, training, and police procedures. There was no resistance… How did he get there? Why did he get there? The guys crying out that he can’t breath,” said Kerik. “This case, this is atrocious. This was an abusive use of force, it was a killing of someone who should not have died.”

DOUBLE STANDARD: NYT, Twitter Rip Trump for Using Word ‘Thug,’ Obama Used Same Term in 2015
The New York Times and other outlets ripped President Trump’s tweet describing Minneapolis protesters as “thugs” Friday; conveniently forgetting President Obama used the same term when describing Baltimore rioters back in 2015.
“These THUGS are dishonoring the memory of George Floyd, and I won’t let that happen,” posted the President on social media.
….These THUGS are dishonoring the memory of George Floyd, and I won’t let that happen. Just spoke to Governor Tim Walz and told him that the Military is with him all the way. Any difficulty and we will assume control but, when the looting starts, the shooting starts. Thank you!

President Trump called the Minneapolis protesters “thugs” and threatened to intervene. “When the looting starts, the shooting starts,” he said. https://t.co/HkqX4o0WhH

The media is attacking @realdonaldtrump for calling the rioters 'Thugs'.
In 2015, Obama called the Baltimore Rioters Thugs.
This is just another example of the media bias.

2015: “President Obama doesn't regret using the term ‘thug’ in describing the violent rioters in Baltimore, spokesman Josh Earnest said. ‘Whether it's arson or, you know, the looting of a liquor store … those were thuggish acts,’ Earnest said.” https://t.co/9qqQ19fwp0

“My understanding is you’ve got some of the same organizers going back into these communities to try and clean-up the aftermath of a handful of criminals and thugs who tore up the place,” said Obama back in 2015.
