During a meeting of President Biden’s Cancer Cabinet at the White House on Wednesday, First Lady Dr. Jill Biden appeared to speak to Joe in a strange manner, congratulating him for his achievements.

“You did good things, Joe,” she said in a way that seemed patronizing.
