President Biden delivered remarks on NATO at the Vilnius University in Vilnius, Lithuania on Wednesday —but he couldn’t get through it without some of his signature gaffes.
Biden battled the teleprompter, told Russia to stop attacking Russia, and said we must “staunch” the climate crisis. It was a rough go for Joe.
Biden stopped to compose himself midway through this one: “Soon NATO will be the 32nd freestanding, have free, 30 free, 32 freestanding members!”
