Ohio Senator JD Vance has a challenge for the EPA: have a glass of East Palestine water.
During a recent press event, the Buckeye State Senator challenged the EPA’s assessment that the water in East Palestine, Ohio was safe to drink after the toxic train derailment poured noxious gas and harmful chemicals into the air and surrounding environment.
“If the EPA Administrator wants to stand here and tell people that the tap water is safe…they should be willing to drink it,” Vance said.
