TULSI JOINS FOX: Former Congresswoman and Ex-Democrat Tulsi Gabbard Joins Fox News

Here comes Tulsi!

According to a report from The Hill, former congresswoman and one-time presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard has signed a deal with Fox News to become a contributor on the network.

From The Hill:

Gabbard, a former Democratic representative from Hawaii, ran for the Democratic nomination for president in 2020, and has emerged as a leading critic of liberals since, campaigning with a number of Trump-backed Republicans during the recent midterm elections cycle.

The former congresswoman has made regular appearances on the network over the last several months and on Monday served as a guest host of “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” the channel’s top-rated prime-time program.

In June, she appeared as a panelist on Fox’s afternoon table talk program “The Five” and occupied its seat typically reserved for Democrats and liberals.

Gabbard is one of the most high-profile personalities to leave the Democratic Party; last month she said, “I can no longer remain in today’s Democratic Party that is now under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness, who divide us by racializing every issue & stoke anti-white racism.”

“I believe in a government that is of the people, by the people and for the people. Unfortunately, today’s Democratic Party does not. Instead, it stands for a government that is of, by and for the powerful elite,” she continued. “I’m calling on my fellow common sense, independent-minded Democrats to join me in leaving the Democratic Party.”
