President Trump weighed-in on the ongoing climate change debate on the campaign trail Monday; saying he will “always trust a farmer” over “Washington Bureaucrats or left wing extremists.”
“When it comes to the environment, I will always trust a farmer over a Washington bureaucrat or a left-wing extremist,” said the President.

Far-left Senator Bernie Sanders defended his vote against the new North American trade agreement on social media Friday; saying he opposed the new legislation because it failed to contain a “single damn mention of climate change.”
“250 pages. 37,500 words. Not a single damn mention of ‘climate change.’ Trump’s NAFTA is a giveaway to the fossil fuel industry. I voted NO because the future of our planet is more important than the short-term profits of Exxon Mobil and Chevron,” posted Sanders on social media.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer also cast his vote against the new North American trade agreement between the US, Mexico, and Canada this week; rebuking the deal because it failed to address the issue of “climate change.”
“Despite the improvements Democrats secured to better protect workers: I am voting against USMCA. Because it doesn’t address climate change, the greatest threat facing our planet,” posted Schumer on social media.
'WORST MAYOR EVER': Bill De Blasio MOCKED at ‘Green New Deal’ Rally Inside Trump Tower
Big Apple Mayor Bill de Blasio was publicly mocked during a rally inside Trump Tower over the weekend; with countless protesters panning his decision to “ban” future construction of “classic” glass and steel skyscrapers.
“New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio faced a crowd of angry protesters Monday at a raucous rally promoting the city’s Green New Deal inside the lobby of Trump Tower, where the Democrat threatened President Trump’s family company with millions of dollars in fines if his buildings don’t comply with new environmental standards,” reports Fox News.

“Speaking in front of the same escalators where Trump launched his 2016 campaign, de Blasio blasted the president’s rollback of Obama-era environmental policies, his move to pull the United States out of the Paris Climate Agreement and his appointment of climate change skeptics to the Cabinet,” adds the article.
“His buildings are one of the biggest polluters in New York City,” de Blasio said. “Cut your emissions or we’ll cut something you really care about.”

ACOSTA’S EPIC FAIL: CNN’s Jim Acosta to Speak at Event About ‘Risks to Journalists Covering Trump’
CNN senior White House correspondent Jim Acosta continued to promote his new book ‘The Enemy of the People’ Monday; announcing his scheduled speaking event on the “risks for journalists covering the Trump Presidency.”
“Looking forward to speaking with the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia later today about the challenges and risks for journalists covering the Trump presidency as I lay out in my new book ‘The Enemy of the People,’” posted Acosta on social media.

Acosta posted multiple sections of his new book on social media Thursday afternoon; publishing key excerpts following his botched bookstore appearance outside the nation’s capital.
“From ‘The Enemy of the People’ – ‘We weren’t really human to them anymore. This was the climate of fear that Trump had created. In this environment, a Trump supporter could resort to violence, I reasoned. It had become a dangerous time in America,’” posted Acosta on social media.

The ratings at Acosta’s network have plummeted in recent days, with new data showing viewership down 33% from the same period last year.
According to Ad Week, the Cable News Network lost one-third of its primetime viewers compared to the same period in 2018.
“Versus the comparable week in 2018, Fox News was -4% in total prime time viewers, MSNBC was -4% in total prime time viewers, and CNN was -33%. In total day viewers, Fox was -7%, MSNBC was -5% and CNN was -21%,” reports the industry website.
In total daytime viewers, CNN fell behind Fox News, MSNBC, Nickelodeon, HGTV, and Investigation Discovery.
MSNBC is also experiencing a massive drop in ratings.
“Maddow lost nearly 500,000 viewers for her first episode following the release of Barr’s letter. Then she plummeted 13 percent in April compared to the same month in 2018, according to TVNewser, falling behind “Tucker Carlson Tonight” in the process. In May she averaged 2.6 million – her worst month since Trump took office – and a far cry from the 3.1 million viewers she averaged during the first quarter of 2019,” reports Fox News.
“MSNBC is standing by her because she still has a large viewership emotionally invested bringing down Trump,” said one Cornell professor. “That some reporters refuse to go on her show is important, but is unlikely to change her behavior. Maddow long ago carved out her faux-intellectual paranoid niche, and she’s stuck in it.”
President Trump slammed CNN during his overseas trip to the UK earlier this month; posting “Just arrived in the United Kingdom. The only problem is that “@CNN is the primary source of news available from the U.S. After watching it for a short while, I turned it off. All negative & so much Fake News, very bad for U.S. Big ratings drop. Why doesn’t owner @ATT do something?”
