President Trump’s approval rating continues to inch higher after big wins on both the international and domestic stage; climbing to their “highest levels in a year” as the US economy continues to soar.
The President took to Twitter Tuesday to weigh-in on his recent approval upswing; blasting the mainstream media for their non-stop negative coverage but claiming that the American people “truly get it!”
“Can you believe that with all of the made up, unsourced stories I get from the Fake News Media, together with the $10,000,000 Russian Witch Hunt (there is no Collusion), I now have my best Poll Numbers in a year. Much of the Media may be corrupt, but the People truly get it!”

According to recent polling, the President’s approval rating has hovered around the 50% mark over the last few weeks, suggesting voters are beginning to tune-out of the media’s frenzied coverage of the never-ending Mueller investigation.
TRUMP BUMP: President’s APPROVAL RATING SOARS After State of the Union
President Trump’s approval ratings popped to their highest levels since March of 2017 this week, with the American public supporting the Commander-in-Chief’s agenda following his annual State of the Union address Tuesday night.
According to a new Rasmussen report, the President’s daily-tracking data shows 49% of likely US voters approve of Trump’s job performance, rising to numbers higher than Election Day 2016 -when the President had a 46.1 approval rating.
“The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows President Trump making substantial gains after Tuesday’s State of the Union speech, and achieving his highest voter approval since March 7, 2017,” says the poll.
The poll shows that 35% of registered voters “strongly approve” of the President’s agenda; likely fueled by strong economic growth and record-shattering stock market figures.
“Rasmussen was among the few national polls that accurately predicted the election outcome which vaulted Trump to power,” writes the Daily Mail.
“Unlike other polls that ask questions in live telephone interviews, it relies on push-button phone calls – meaning voters who like Trump’s performance in office aren’t required to say so out loud to another person,” the author adds.
TRUMP BUMP: President’s Approval Rating Reaches 11 MONTH HIGH
President Trump’s approval rating reached an 11-month high this week; smashing expectations after a string of positive reports on the US economy, the Iran nuclear deal, and North Korean diplomacy.
According to a newly released survey from left-leaning Gallup, likely voters gave the President a 42% approval rating, up from 38% just a week before.
“The data also indicated that the gap between those who said they approved of Trump and those who said they disapproved had narrowed over the past year,” writes the Hill.
The President’s stronger-than-expected polling comes after weeks of successes both at home and abroad; including meetings with the leaders of France and Germany, a diplomatic breakthrough in North Korea, and strong economic forecasts.
