Sen. Minority Leader Chuck Schumer continued his calls for more “investigations” into the Trump administration Tuesday; directly accusing Sen. Mitch McConnell of trying to “cover up” Robert Mueller’s ‘No Collusion’ report.
“So [McConnell] says let’s move on. It’s sort of like Richard Nixon saying let’s move on at the height of the investigation of his wrongdoing. Of course he wants to move on. He wants to cover up, he wants to silence on one of the most serious issues we face,” said Schumer from the Senate floor.

Earlier Tuesday, Sen. Elizabeth Warren called for the President’s removal; claiming the “information” contained in Mueller’s report was sufficient to launch “impeachment proceedings” in the House.
COLLUSION DELUSION: Pelosi, Schumer SLAM the Attorney General’s ‘Partisan’ Mueller Report
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer slammed Attorney General William Barr’s “partisan handling” of Robert Mueller’s final report Thursday; dismissing his findings hours before the document is released to Congressional leaders.
“Attorney General Barr’s regrettably partisan handling of the Mueller report, including his slanted March 24th summary letter, his irresponsible testimony before Congress last week, and his indefensible plan to spin the report in a press conference later this morning — hours before he allows the public or Congress to see it — have resulted in a crisis of confidence in his independence and impartiality,” said a joint statement from the Democratic leaders.
“We believe the only way to begin restoring public trust in the handling of the Special Counsel’s investigation is for Special Counsel Mueller himself to provide public testimony in the House and Senate as soon as possible,” they concluded.

COLLUSION DELUSION CONTINUES: Maxine Waters Claims Trump ‘Conspired with the Kremlin’
Outspoken Congresswoman Maxine Waters continued her war-of-words with the White House Thursday; flatly asserting that the Trump campaign “conspired with the Kremlin and oligarchs of Russia.”
“Some people say, ‘How dare her (sic) come out and say, ‘Impeach him? She doesn’t know enough about him to talk about impeaching him.’ But now the American people, whether they say it or not, they know that this man is dangerous,” Waters said.
“That certainly, he conspired with the Kremlin and with the oligarchs of Russia,” she added.
Waters’ comments fly in the face of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s $30 million, two-year investigation; releasing his findings just days ago that confirmed there was “no collusion” between the Trump campaign and Russian officials.
