South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham stopped by Wednesday night’s Hannity to react to the latest tensions growing between the United States and Iran in the wake of the three U.S. service members killed in Jordan by Iranian-backed terror proxies. Graham says it’s time for Biden to hit back hard.
“Why didn’t this happen on Trump’s watch? Iran was afraid of Trump,” Graham says. “Biden has yet to hit Iran directly. The Iranians could care less how many Houthis you kill; they could care less how many Iraqi militia you kill. The only way that will change their behavior…is for Joe Biden to hit their oil infrastructure and to start killing their soldiers inside of Iran.”
“If you don’t hit the Iranian oil infrastructure and hit them in the wallet and make them fear you they’re going to keep killing our soldiers…Mr. President hit Iran and hit them hard.”
Hannity agrees with Graham’s idea to hit Iranian oil refineries.
“They will give in when they’re afraid of America,” Graham adds.
