House Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler released his entire impeachment report Monday morning; publishing the 658-page document outlining Obstruction of Congress and Abuse of Power charges against President Trump.
“Trump is accused, in the first article, of abusing his presidential power by asking Ukraine to investigate his 2020 rival Joe Biden while holding military aid as leverage, and, in the second, of obstructing Congress by blocking the House’s efforts to probe his actions,” reports Fox News.
“President Trump has realized the Framers’ worst nightmare. He has abused his power in soliciting and pressuring a vulnerable foreign nation to corrupt the next United States Presidential election by sabotaging a political opponent and endorsing a debunked conspiracy theory promoted by our adversary, Russia,” the committee wrote.
“Other Presidents have recognized their obligation to provide information to Congress under these circumstances,” the report states. “President Trump’s stonewall, by contrast, was categorical, indiscriminate, and without precedent in American history.”

ABSENT ADAM: Rep. Collins Rips Schiff for Skipping Impeachment Hearings, Says ‘Hiding Behind Staff’
GOP Rep. Doug Collins slammed the Democrats’ never-ending impeachment fantasy Monday morning; blasting Intel Chair Adam Schiff for skipping the hearings while opting to “hide behind his staff.”
“At the end of the day, all of this is about — is about a clock and a calendar because (Democrats) can’t get over the fact Donald Trump is president of the United States and they don’t have a candidate that they think can beat him,” Collins told the House Judiciary Committee
Collins stopped-by ‘Hannity’ Wednesday night following a day of heated impeachment testimony on Capitol Hill; saying Republicans “have the facts” while Democrats “have only hatred.”
“There’s no fact witnesses, we have three people who hate Donald Trump. Why were they even there?” asked Hannity.
“They were there because Jerry Nadler had to figure out something to do. He has no plan, the clock and the calendar, not the facts are driving this… We have the facts on our side, all they have is hatred of President Trump,” said Collins.
“When you’ve got facts on your side, it’ll win every time,” he added.

COLLINS: ‘This is Not Impeachment, This is a Railroad Job and Today is a Waste of Time’
Republican Congressman Doug Collins unloaded on Rep. Jerrold Nadler’s impeachment inquiry Wednesday morning; labeling the process a “railroad job” and a total “waste of time” for all-involved.
“We may be all scrubbed up and looking pretty for impeachment but this is not an impeachment. This is just a simple railroad job and today’s is a waste of time,” Collins told the Committee.
The House Judiciary Committee began the next phase of the Democrats’ impeachment probe Wednesday morning; hours after Intel Chair Adam Schiff published the findings of his party’s efforts to remove President Trump from the White House.
Wednesday’s hearings will feature a handful of legal scholars and professors from Harvard Law School, Stanford, the University of North Carolina, and George Washington University.

“The Founders were concerned about political impeachment because you just don’t like the guy… The Chairman has talked about impeachment since last year before he’s even sworn in as Chairman. Don’t tell me that this is about new things, this is nothing new,” said Rep. Doug Collins.
“This impeachment is not about facts… We’ve already gone through this after Mueller, Emoluments, the list goes on,” he added.
