THE INVITATION: Sean Hannity Invites Rep. Ocasio-Cortez for Full HOUR-LONG Interview

posted by Hannity Staff - 7.12.19

Fox News’ Sean Hannity invited Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for a full, hour-long interview on television and radio Thursday night; saying the two can “talk and have a conversation” over a series of hot-button issues.

“I’m going to extend an offer tonight to Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez -I know she watches. I’m going to give you an hour to come onto this show and have a discussion. I’ll invite you on my radio show, I’ll give you three hours there,” said Hannity.

“We get a lot of criticism on this program, we’ll talk and we’ll have a conversation. I hope you’ll join us,” he added.

Ocasio-Cortez found herself at the center of another national controversy Thursday, posting instructions on how illegal immigrants can evade upcoming ICE raids.

“ICE will launch raids across 10 major cities this SUNDAY. Check your neighbors & know your rights. Remember: no one can enter your home without a *judicial warrant.* Sometimes ICE will try to show other papers to get in your house. Judicial warrants are from a court,” posted AOC on social media.

“No matter who you are or what your status is, this is the United States of America – where ALL people have rights. Know yours. Prepare. Visit (link: http://WeHaveRights.US) WeHaveRights.US to learn how to handle this & other ICE encounters in multiple languages,” she added. “f people come knocking, you do NOT have to open your door unless there is a signed judicial warrant. Check the site above to learn how to handle your rights in 4 scenarios in 7 different languages.”

AOC made national headlines in recent weeks for labeling US immigration centers ‘Concentration Camps’ along the US-Mexico border.

“These are concentration camps. According to concentration camp experts, people begin to die due to overcrowding, neglect, and shortage of resources. We saw all three of those signs on our trip yesterday. Another person died yesterday. And those are the deaths we know about,” posted AOC on social media.

US officials and border agents pushed-back against Rep. Ocasio-Cortez’ recent comments regarding immigration detention centers Tuesday; saying the congresswoman is intentionally “misinforming” the American public.

“They are not drinking out of the toilet—no Border Patrol agent is going to make anyone drink out of the toilet,” former U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) director Tom Homan said on Fox News’ “America’s Newsroom” Tuesday. “It’s just ridiculous on its face.”

“She’s lost all credibility,” he said.

AOC DIGS IN: Ocasio-Cortez Says It’s ‘A Myth’ that Veterans’ Healthcare System is ‘Broken’

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.29.19

Controversial Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez doubled-down on her recent claims that the Veterans’ Affairs healthcare system “ain’t broke” Monday; saying it’s “a myth” that the VA hospitals “are broken.”

“You might have heard Fox News talking about it,” Ocasio-Cortez said, “because there is a myth that all VAs everywhere are broken.”

“If we can starve them of budgets and make sure they can’t do their job, then we can say the whole system should be thrown away,” she said while speaking with supporters in New York City. “I’m not going to back down from protecting the VA.”

AOC ERUPTS: Ocasio-Cortez Backs Boycott of NY POST Over 9/11 Front Page

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.17.19

Embattled Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez escalated her war-of-words with the NY Post this week; supporting a national boycott against her hometown paper after they posted a fierce response to Rep. Ilhan Omar’s 9/11 remarks.

“While President Trump repeatedly attacks the New York Times and other purveyors of ‘fake news,’ New York Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is targeting her own media foe: the New York Post,” reports Yahoo News.

“In a Sunday interview with the Yahoo News podcast ‘Skullduggery,’ the freshman New York congresswoman explained why she is endorsing a boycott of the paper organized by local Yemeni-American bodega owners, calling the Post’s attack on her friend Rep. Ilhan Omar ‘beyond the pale,’” adds the author.
