Democratic frontrunner Bernie Sanders addressed a massive rally in Tacoma, Washington this week; speaking to more than 17,000 supporters just days before voters in Nevada head to the Caucuses.
“Bernie Sanders rallied thousands of supporters in Washington state three weeks ahead of its presidential primary, calling for the grassroots movement that led to his win in the state’s 2016 caucuses to continue through the broader primary that takes place March 10,” reports MyNorthwest.
“We may not have billions of dollars to throw around, but we have hundreds of thousands of people in every state in this country knocking on doors,” he said. “And that’s why we’re going to win here in Washington and why we’re going to win all over this country.”
“We are a democracy, not an oligarchy,” Sanders said, referring to billionaire Mike Bloomberg. “You’re not going to buy this election.”
17,000 people in Tacoma just sent a very powerful message to the billionaire class.

Bloomberg is poised to drop more than $124 million in 14 states ahead of the Super Tuesday primary contests on March 3rd; spending 10 times more than his top Democratic rivals.
“Bloomberg, the former New York City mayor, has also poured millions into ground operations in Super Tuesday states. In Colorado, where voters already are casting primary ballots by mail, he has a paid staff of 55 people; Sanders has two,” reports MSN.
“For nearly three months, Bloomberg has been the only Democrat to devote most of his travel to those states, which include California, Texas and North Carolina. His opponents are still scrambling to gain traction in contests on Saturday in Nevada and Feb. 29 in South Carolina. Bloomberg is skipping those races, as he did earlier in Iowa and New Hampshire,” adds the website.
Bloomberg qualified for the next Democratic Debate Tuesday morning, gaining 19% of support nationwide in a last-minute poll conducted by PBS.

TEXAS BERNING! Bernie Sanders Jumps to First Place in Latest Primary Polls from Texas
Far-left Senator Bernie Sanders took the top spot in recent polling coming out of Texas this week; raising alarm bells among establishment Democrats the self-described ‘socialist’ can clinch the nomination.
“Sanders had the support of 24% of the self-identified Democratic primary voters in the poll, up from 12% in October. Sanders passed both former Vice President Joe Biden and U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren, the two leaders in the October 2019 UT/TT Poll. Early voting in the Texas primaries starts on Tuesday; election day — Super Tuesday — is March 3,” reports the Texas Tribune.
“The field of candidates has changed since the earlier survey. Beto O’Rourke, who was third in October, has dropped out of the race. And Michael Bloomberg, who entered the contest late, landed fourth in the newest poll, ahead of Pete Buttigieg and U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar, the second- and third-place finishers in this week’s New Hampshire primary. Warren finished fourth in that contest, with Biden fifth,” adds the website.
“Most of the movement has been Sanders and Bloomberg, with Biden [holding] still,” said Joshua Blank, research director for the Texas Politics Project at the University of Texas at Austin. “To be unable to increase his vote share is pretty telling for Biden.”

IOWA BERNING: Bernie Sanders Leads Latest Polls on Day of Iowa Caucus
Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders leads the pack of Democratic hopefuls vying to take on President Trump in 2020; taking the top spot in a series of polls on the day of the Iowa Caucus.
According to Real Clear Politics average of surveys from the state, Sanders is leading with 24% of the vote; followed by Joe Biden at 20%, Pete Buttigieg at 16%, and Elizabeth Warren at 15%.
“Bernie Sanders’ momentum is shaping the final hours of the race to win tonight’s Iowa caucuses, forcing his rivals to lower expectations and feeding the Democratic establishment’s fears about what a Sanders victory could do to the party,” reports Axios.
“We view Iowa as the beginning, not the end,” Biden adviser Symone Sanders said Sunday.

Project Veritas released another explosive undercover exposé of Bernie Sanders’ 2020 campaign last week; showing two more field organizers calling for “violence against property” and dismissing the horrors of the Soviet Union’s brutal gulag prison system.
“A Lot of Those People Who Do That Kind of Work, are…Their Politics Fall Well Outside of the American Sort of Norm. So, They’re Marxist-Leninists, They’re Anarchists, They’re These Types of Folks, and um, and They Have More of a Mind for Direct Action, for Engaging in Politics Outside of the Electoral System,” said one field organizer.
“A Lot of the Stories We’re Told in the United States About, You Know, the Gulags and the Persecution of the Kulaks and Things Like That are Exaggerated…We Certainly Don’t Have, uh, a Straight Perspective on That Stuff Here in America,” he added.
“In a new video released today by Project Veritas Action Fund (PVA), two South Carolina Field Organizers for the Sanders Campaign, Mason Baird and Daniel Taylor, are secretly recorded admitting that the Sanders campaign attracts ‘truly radical people.’ They are also recorded brushing off the human rights atrocities committed by the Soviet Union and planning violence as a back-up plan depending on the outcome of Sanders’ election effort,” writes Project Veritas.
