4:05 PM ET – Jon Sale, former federal prosecutor having served in NY Southern District and also served as an Assistant Special Watergate Prosecutor and David Schoen, Civil Liberties and Criminal Defense Attorney, discuss the Cohen testimony and what the actions of the SDNY mean for the nation.
Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie warned that the Southern District of New York is a bigger threat to Donald Trump than special counsel Robert Mueller — and that Michael Cohen made them all the more dangerous to the president.

In a radio interview with Fox Nation host Todd Starnes, Christie noted that while “Mueller has to stay within the four corners of Russia,” the SDNY has “no restriction on what they can look at.”

“In Manhattan, they can look at his business, they can look at his personal life,” Christie said. “They can look at the inaugural, which they’re doing. They have no restrictions on what they can look at and they have two tour guides now. They’ve got Michael Cohen and Rick Gates, the former executive director of the inaugural and his deputy campaign manager.”

4:30 PM ET – Eric Bolling, Senior Political Anchor at the Blaze TV, will be in Las Vegas Tuesday for an event covering the opioid crisis. He will be joined by First Lady Melania Trump and DEA Administrator Wayne Newton.
