4:05 PM ET – Newt Gingrich, former Speaker of the House, author of Trump’s America: The Truth about Our Nation’s Great Comeback, his latest NY Times bestseller, and he also has a new podcast where he discusses all the news of the day. Today he talks about the President’s meeting with Kim Jong Un, which seeks to solidify a path to a nuclear-free path towards world peace. While the liberals try to make the world green, President Trump is trying to protect us all and keep the world safe. Statement from the President at his lunch with Chairman Kim:

At his first one-on-one meeting with Chairman Kim, President Trump laid out is expectations for the summit and hailed the tremendous economic potential of North Korea.

PRESIDENT TRUMP: “I want to just say it’s an honor to be with Chairman Kim. It’s an honor to be together in really a country, Vietnam, where they’ve really rolled out the red carpet and they’re very honored to have us. And it’s great to be with you.

We had a very successful first summit – I felt it was very successful. And some people would like to see it go quicker. I’m satisfied. You’re satisfied. We want to be happy with what we’re doing. But I thought the first summit was a great success and I think this one, hopefully, will be equal or greater than the first.
We made a lot of progress and think the biggest progress was our relationship is really a good one.

And as I’ve said many times – and I say it to the press, I say it to anybody that wants to listen. I think that your country has tremendous economic potential, unbelievable, unlimited. I think that you will have a tremendous future with your country – a great leader and I look forward to watching it happen and helping it to happen. And we will help it to happen.

Thank you all very much, we appreciate it. We are going to go have dinner and then we have some big meetings scheduled for tomorrow. We’ll see you again, I guess, at a news conference at some point during the day. Thank you very much.”

4:30 PM ET – Dan Bongino, Fox News Contributor, Former NYPD Officer, Secret Service Agent and author of the novel, Spygate, comes by our Vietnam studio to talk about the news on the ground today here in Vietnam with North Korea. Dan will also talk about disgraced attorney Michael Cohen. Even the Mueller counsel has turned around on those who have attempted to support Cohen:

BuzzFeed News doubled down on the defense of its report that President Trump ordered his former attorney Michael Cohen to lie to Congress about a deal to build a Trump Tower in Moscow.

The report drew a rare rebuke from special counsel Robert Mueller’s office, saying in a Friday statement that “BuzzFeed’s description of specific statements to the Special Counsel’s Office, and characterization of documents and testimony obtained by this office, regarding Michael Cohen’s Congressional testimony are not accurate.” (h/t The Hill)

5:05 PM ET – Bill O’Reilly, Media Personality and author of Killing the SS: The Hunt for the Worst War Criminals in History, stops by to talk about the news so far this week. From the North Korea summit here in Vietnam to the testimony by disbarred attorney Michael Cohen in front of the House Oversight Committee today.

House of Representatives Oversight Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings, a Democrat, said in the letters that the panel wants to ask about Trump’s legally mandated financial ethics disclosures.

The panel, the letters said, also seeks information about payments made before the 2016 presidential election by former Trump personal attorney Michael Cohen to buy the silence of women who claimed they had affairs with the married Trump.

Neither Dillon nor Passantino responded immediately to requests for comment. The White House also did not immediately have a comment.

The letters, sent hours before Cohen was set to testify to the committee about his work for Trump, signals a widening of its investigation into Trump’s personal finances. (h/t Reuters)
