Failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams weighed-in Monday on Robert Mueller’s final report; saying the American people should be “deeply suspicious” of the special counsel’s summary that cleared the President of any “collusion” with Russian officials.

“I tend to think it’s like having your brother summarize your report card to your parents. We should be deeply suspicious… In a more legalistic and political frame, it is deeply inappropriate for an avowed partisan -who in part auditioned for the job by disparaging the report- to be responsible for summarizing the report,” said Abrams.
“As someone who has a recent experience of having the referee being in charge of the score keeping and being the contestant, I’m always suspect of a process that doesn’t have independence,” she added.
