Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau isn’t fond of the unvaccinated. In fact, he believes they are racists, misogynists, and extremists. The PM dropped by a Quebec news program to slam all unvaccinated citizens.
“We will get out of this pandemic by vaccination,” said Trudeau. “We all know people who are a little bit hesitant. We will continue to try to convince them… There are also people who are fiercely against vaccination… They’re often misogynists, also often racists.”
Backlash has been swift, with many calling for Trudeau’s resignation.
“Regarding Justin Trudeau’s alleged comments on the unvaccinated in the country that he and his fellow Canadians ‘take up space’ in…I would suggest to him – if his comments are indeed real – that he resign immediately from the office of Prime Minister of Canada. The Canada that he claims to lead does not exist,” one viewer wrote in.
“I’m unvaccinated. I’m not a racist or a mysoginist extremist. I’m a human rights lawyer. I believe in rights…. Justin Trudeau doesn’t. #HumanRights #BodilyAutonomy.” another wrote on Twitter.
