Liberal Senator Kamala Harris has reportedly inked a lucrative book deal scheduled for release next year, further signaling the left-wing legislator may be eyeing a possible run for the White House in 2020.
According to Yahoo, Harris signed a deal with Penguin Press to release her upcoming book “The Truths We Hold: An American Journey” just months before the Democratic primary goes into full swing next summer.
“Penguin Press announced Tuesday that Harris’ ‘The Truths We Hold: An American Journey’ will come out Jan. 8, 2019. According to Penguin, Harris will write about ‘the core truths’ in American life and how to learn what they are,” writes Yahoo.
The 53-year old Senator formerly served as the Attorney General for the State of California and has routinely refused to rule out her ambitions to take on Donald Trump in 2020.

BERNIE’S BACK? Campaign Manager Says Sanders ‘Considering’ Run in 2020
Bernie Sander’s former campaign manager told reporters Tuesday the Vermont Senator is actively considering a run for the White House against Donald Trump in 2020; setting the stage for a high-stakes showdown within the Democratic Party.
According to Yahoo News, former campaign manager Jeff Weaver confirmed the ultra-liberal legislator was weighing another run for the Oval Office, saying “He is considering another run for the presidency.”
“And when the time comes, I think we’ll have an answer to that, but right now, he’s still considering it,” he added.
Weaver’s comments come two years after Senator Sanders was defeated by Hillary Clinton during the 2016 Democratic primary season; with many critics claiming Clinton “rigged” the election away from the Vermont Senator.
“Anybody who follows Bernie Sanders for one day and sees his schedule, and how rigorous it is, and how he drives everybody around him, works them into the ground with the amount of work and energy he has, I think they would understand that his chronological age is just not really a measure of his true age,” Weaver said. “[He] is an extremely energetic and vigorous person, and has more energy, I would say, than people half his age.”

DEMOCRAT DO-OVER? Poll Shows Biden, Clinton, Sanders TOP 2020 Democratic Candidates
A new survey released by Harvard this week shows the party’s most familiar names at the top of the Democratic candidate list for the 2020 presidential election, with Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, and Bernie sanders leading the pack.
The poll has Biden at the top of the list with 32% of Democratic support, followed by Clinton with 18% and Bernie Sanders with 16%.
The stunning statistics raise serious questions over who will lead the Democratic Party heading into the 2020 race for the White House and whether a younger, more progressive candidate would resonate with its liberal base.
Former Vice President Joe Biden has routinely flirted with the idea of a run against Donald Trump; refusing to answer questions over whether he was planning a potential bid for the Oval Office.
