During Tuesday night’s Hannity,  Fox News host Sean Hannity unloaded on Democrats for looking like April fools while trying to obstruct the Trump agenda.

(An agenda that’s very popular with the American people.)

But what are the Democrats offering? More performative antics from “Spartacus” Cory Booker; more “resistance” from Primila Jayapal; more activist judges to obstruct Trump.

“One far-left, unelected judge representing a lower court gets to stop a duly-elected president, in this case, Donald Trump, and a policy nationwide, even before that case is adjudicated — that is a nationwide injunction,” Hannity explained.

“This never once happened before 1963. George W. Bush only faced 6 nationwide injunctions in two terms. Obama, in two terms, he was subject to 12. But during Trump’s first term, a whopping 64 nationwide injunctions … so far in just the first two months of his second term, there are already 17 nationwide injunctions,” Hannity continued.

“They’re using unelected judges! What Democrats can’t get done at the ballot box, what they can’t get done legislatively, they run to activist judges,” Hannity said.
