GRAHAM’S STAND: Senator Says He Owns an AR-15 to ‘Protect My Neighborhood and My House’

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.30.21

Senator Lindsey Graham called-out the Democratic Party’s latest push to limit the Second Amendment on Fox News this weekend; saying he owns an AR-15 to protect his “neighborhood and home.”

“What’s wrong with a serious discussion after a series of these mass killings?” asked Fox News’ Chris Wallace.

“I would challenge Sen. Schumer to bring the assault weapons ban to the floor of the United States Senate. It won’t get 50 votes, much less 60,” said the Senator.

“I own an AR-15,” Graham continued. “If there’s a natural disaster in South Carolina where the cops can’t protect my neighborhood, my house will be the last one that the gang will come to because I can defend myself. You don’t have to have an AR-15, but if you have one lawfully, I think you should be allowed to keep it.”

BROWARD BOMBSHELL: New Report Shows Police ‘HIDING’ During Parkland Massacre

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.24.18

A shocking official report from the Coral Springs Police Department sheds new light on the Broward County officers’ response to a Florida school shooting; accusing the deputies of “hiding behind trees” as the massacre unfolded.

The exposé from Officer Byran Wilkins -who arrived on the scene within minutes of the rampage- claims the Broward County Deputies were “taking cover” behind trees and cars as gunshots rang out at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

“I saw approximately four Broward County Sheriff’s Office vehicles parked in the west bound lane with their personnel taking up exterior positions behind their vehicles,” Wilkins wrote. “I drove up just west of the campus building 1200, exited my vehicle, grabbed my AR-15 rifle and donned on my tactical/medical gear. As I was advancing on foot through the chain-link fence, I was advised by an unknown BSO Deputy taking cover behind a tree, ‘he is on the third floor.'”

Seventeen people were killed and dozens injured after 19-year old Nikolas Cruz opened fire at his former high school; sparking a nationwide debate over gun control legislation and school safety.

FATHER of SLAIN POLICE: My Son ‘Would Be Offended’ His Death Used to Curb 2nd Amendment

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.29.21

From Fox News:

The father of slain Boulder Police Officer Eric Talley said his son was a staunch supporter of the Second Amendment – and would have reportedly hated to see his death used for political purposes.

“My son would have been deeply offended to know his death would be used to promote gun control. Before he was an officer, he enjoyed shooting,” Homer Talley told TMZ about the 11-year veteran, who was among 10 people slaughtered at a King Soopers supermarket on Monday.

Accused mass shooter Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa bought an AR-15-style Ruger AR0556 pistol on March 16, shortly after the firearm was made legal in the city.

In the wake of the shooting, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said President Biden is considering possible executive orders on gun control.

But Talley called Alissa’s alleged attack “a senseless act and that is just it. The situation [Eric] found himself in wasn’t one that the government could protect him from.”

He added: “Just because some wacko goes around shooting people doesn’t mean guns need to be taken away. You can’t take away enough guns to protect this country.”

“My family and my son are people of faith, we understand forgiveness and that is necessary for not just the shooter, but for ourselves,” he told the outlet.
