Senator Lindsey Graham called-out his Democratic colleagues at the US Capitol Wednesday; asking where liberal lawmakers were on police reform during the eight years of the Obama administration.
“To my colleagues on the other side who say we talk too much, we don’t need to listen anymore, where were you for the eight years of the Obama administration? I’m getting tired of being lectured to by my Democratic colleagues that all of this is Trump’s fault!” said Graham.

“You had eight years under President Obama, none of it was taken up. Let’s knock that off, you’re making no points with me trying to suggest that we’re bad, and you all are not when it comes to this issue,” he added.

NY TIMES STUNS RESIDENTS: Editorial Board Says ‘Open Your Eyes, The POLICE Are Out of Control’
The New York Times stunned millions of New Yorkers Friday after their Editorial Board published a scathing report claiming the “Police Are Out of Control” and “this is not what serving and protecting shoud look like.”
“Hundreds of protesters walked toward Cadman Plaza Park in Brooklyn on Wednesday night around 9 o’clock. Encountering a line of New York City police officers in riot gear, they chanted peacefully, hands in the air. Officers responded by beating them with nightsticks,” writes the Times.
“New York’s mayor, Bill de Blasio, is responsible for the city’s failure to protect the safety of its residents. As evidence of police abuse has mounted, he has averted his eyes,” adds the newspaper.
“The immediate imperative is to keep a firm hand on police behavior in this dangerous moment. The police commissioner serves at the pleasure of Mr. de Blasio. If he cannot maintain control of his officers, Mr. de Blasio must find someone who can,” writes the board.

MORE CHAOS in NYC: Rioters Clash with Police, Hundreds of Looters Strike Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn
Hundreds of looters hit the streets of New York City for a second straight night Monday; striking stores in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Mid-town Manhattan hours after protesting the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis last week.
“The roving gangs began their spree of rampage after a demonstration over George Floyd’s death earlier in the evening, at times clashing with peaceful protestors who desperately attempted to stop the looting and destruction,” reports the New York Post.
Hard to describe how rampant the looting was tonight in Midtown Manhattan and how lawless it was. Complete anarchy. Literally hundreds of stores up and down Broadway, Fifth Ave, Sixth Ave. Kids ruling the streets like it was a party. pic.twitter.com/y9Ly1UD1WX

“It’s systemic, one person breaks the glass with something,” said one eyewitness. “Someone else comes up on a bike and robs the store, it’s systemic, you can see.”
“It’s coordinated,” one source said. “They are not out-of-towners. We know who they are.”
