Sen. Lindsey Graham stopped by ‘Hannity’ Wednesday night to weigh-in on the recently released transcripts of former DOJ attorney Lisa Page; saying it’s time to appoint a special counsel to investigate “potential crimes” by the DOJ and the FBI.
“Did they short-circuit the Clinton email investigation because they wanted her to win? Did they start the Russian investigation against Trump as an insurance policy in case he did win? Those are the questions I’ll try and get answers to,” said Graham.
“We need a special counsel to look at potential crimes by the Department of Justice, the FBI regarding the Clinton email investigation and the Russia investigation against Trump,” he added.

GRAHAM ON FIRE: Graham Says Trump ‘Sticking to his GUNS’ on Border Wall, Slams ‘Liberal Arrogance’
Senator Lindsey Graham praised President Trump’s fiery exchange with Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer this week; saying the Commander-in-Chief was “sticking to his guns” on border security.
The outspoken legislator vowed to fight “liberal arrogance” surrounding immigration Tuesday afternoon; urging fellow lawmakers to “take it on, stare it down” and “see what happens.”
Complaining Pelosi will not accept a DACA deal for wall money, Graham said: “This is liberal arrogance and I have had enough of it. Take it on, stare it down. See what happens.”

Great job sticking to your guns on border security, Mr. President!

Graham urged Republicans to “dig in” following the President’s press conference with Democratic leadership, saying “Put DACA on the table and make them say NO to the Wall and DACA.”
Sen. Graham May Call for McCabe, Rosenstein to Appear Before Senate Committee
Senator Lindsey Graham issued a scathing statement Thursday following Andrew McCabe’s bombshell interview regarding the DOJ and the White House; saying McCabe and Rod Rosenstein may be called to appear before the Senate to answer questions regarding anti-Trump bias.
“It is imperative that he and others come before the Senate Judiciary Committee to fully explain how and why a FISA warrant was issued against Carter Page and answer questions about what appears to be, now more than ever, bias against President Trump,” said the statement from Graham’s office.
The Senator’s comments come hours after McCabe told CBS News the DOJ considered invoking the 25th Amendment to remove President Trump following the firing of FBI Director James Comey.
McCabe also claims Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein offered to secretly record the President “more than once.”
