Sparks flew this week when embattled Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez viciously accused a bank executive of “caging children” at the US-Mexico border; prompting the Wells Fargo CEO to push-back against her baseless allegation.
“Mr. Sloan, why was the bank involved in the caging of children? And the financing of the caging of children to begin with?” asked Rep. Cortez.
“I don’t know how to answer that question because we weren’t,” fired-back the banking CEO.
