The full-fledged disaster that was the Iowa Caucus continued to enrage voters across the country Tuesday, with new footage showing a party official “hang-up” on one caucus leader as he tried desperately to report the results.
“We’ve been recommended to call into the hotline, and the hotline has not been responsive,” said the Caucus official. “I’m just waiting on hold and doing my best to report the results for my precinct.”
“Can I help you?” a voice can be heard.
You can officially blame CNN for the delay in results after this guy got hung up on because Wolf Blitzer wanted to listen in pic.twitter.com/EMq2E9HdTy

The party official quickly ended the call.

CAUCUS CHAOS: Watch Democrats ‘Flip a Coin’ to Decide Which Candidate Wins a Delegate
Recently released footage on social media is shedding new light on the full-scale meltdown that occurred during Monday night’s Iowa Caucus; showing officials “flipping a coin” to determine which candidate receives a delegate.
“In some cases, Iowa is leaving the Democratic caucuses up to chance. In the case of a tie during Monday night’s caucuses, the state is resorting to an old-fashioned coin flip to decide which candidates win delegates. A couple have already occurred,” reports The Week.

DIAL IT IN? Iowa, Nevada to Allow Democratic Caucus Voting ‘By the Phone’ in 2020
Registered Democrats in Iowa and Nevada will soon be able to vote from the comfort of their own homes; with state officials saying they will allow party members to vote “by the phone” in the upcoming 2020 caucuses.
“Democrats in the early presidential contest states of Iowa and Nevada will be able to cast their votes over the telephone instead of showing up at their states’ traditional neighborhood caucus meetings next February, according to plans unveiled by the state parties,” reports ABC News.
“The tele-caucus systems, the result of a mandate from the Democratic National Committee, are aimed at opening the local-level political gatherings to more people, especially evening shift-workers and people with disabilities, whom critics of the caucuses have long said are blocked from the process,” adds the article.
The news comes days after the latest polls show Sen. Kamala Harris is now neck-and-neck in early primary states with Democratic frontrunner Joe Biden; trailing the former Vice President by just 2%.
“Sen. Kamala Harris of California has catapulted into a virtual tie with former Vice President Joe Biden in the race for the Democratic presidential nomination — and she’s made significant inroads with black voters — following her widely praised debate performance last week, a new national poll released Tuesday showed,” reports NBC News.
“The latest Quinnipiac University poll of Democratic and Democratic-leaning voters showed Biden with 22 percent support and Harris with 20 percent — a double-digit jump for her since the university’s previous poll last month,” adds the survey.
President Trump weighed-in Tuesday on the 2020 Democratic presidential primary; saying the “Crew” looks “easier to debate” than his 2016 opponent Hillary Clinton.
“As most people are aware, according to the Polls, I won EVERY debate, including the three with Crooked Hillary Clinton, despite the fact that in the first debate, they modulated the sound on me, and got caught. This crew looks somewhat easier than Crooked, but you never know?” posted the Commander-in-Chief on social media.

Senator Lindsey Graham unloaded on the Democratic Party following last week’s disastrous presidential debates; saying it’s sad that the Mexican government is more willing to work with President Trump on immigration than his own opposition.
“The immigration debate is turning into complete slander against the brave men and women serving our nation on the border. It’s sad that the Mexican government is more willing to work with President Trump than the Democrats are,” posted Graham on social media.
