Left-leaning comedian Joy Behar viciously attacked Vice President Mike Pence’s faith on Tuesday, equating his faith to a “mental illness” and mocking the former Governor of Indiana’s steadfast belief in the power of prayer.
The comic’s intolerant rant began after ‘The View’ played a clip of former White House adviser Omarosa Manigault Newman discussing the Vice President’s faith, where she baselessly claimed on reality television that “Jesus tells him to say things.”
“He’s not very popular at all,” said cohost Sunny Hostin. “I think when you have a Mike Pence who now sort of puts this religious veneer on things and calls people ‘values voters,’ I think we’re in a dangerous situation.”
“It’s one thing to talk to Jesus. It’s another thing when Jesus talks to you,” added Behar. “That’s called mental illness if I’m not correct, he’s hearing voices.”

BRAZILE VS BEHAR: Watch Donna Brazile SHUT DOWN Joy Behar On LIVE TV
Former Democratic National Committee chief Donna Brazile went head-to-head with The View’s Joy Behar on Tuesday, firing back at the liberal host after she accused the DNC boss of “giving red-meat to Trump” supporters with her new bombshell exposé of Hillary’s troubled campaign.
“You threw a lot of people under the bus. The DNC is mad at you, Robby Mook is mad, maybe even Hillary might be mad,” said Behar. “Here’s the question I have for you: Why the timing of this book? Today’s Election Day, why are you giving red-meat to Trump’s side?”
“A lot of people ask me that. I set my launch for my book when I sent in my proposal,” fired-back Brazile. “I thought a year after a Presidential election, that’s when you have a lot of debate and dissent. Everyone is writing books. Mr. Biden’s book is coming out, Mr. Sanders’ book has come out, Mrs. Clinton’s book.”
“I wanted to tell my story about what happened. I wasn’t writing to make someone upset, I was upset. I cried enough for everybody, I apologized enough for everybody,” she added.

HELL FREEZES OVER: Joy Behar APOLOGIZES for Phony Trump Report
Liberal comedian Joy Behar did the unthinkable on Monday, apologizing for touting a false ABC news report that claimed President Trump asked former National Security Adviser to contact Russian officials while he was actively running for the presidency.
“On Friday’s show, apparently, I was guilty of premature evaluation,” said Behar. “Here’s what happened: ABC News reporter Brian Ross released a story claiming that when Trump was a candidate he told Michael Flynn to contact the Russians. Ross later corrected himself saying it was actually when Trump was President-elect.”
“Brian has been suspended for a month,” she added.
Her ‘View’ co-host read the official statement by NBC News, saying Ross had made a mistake and would be suspended for four weeks without pay.
“That’s ABC’s statement. Brian Ross has released a statement, saying ‘My job is to hold people accountable, and that’s why I agree with being held accountable myself,'” added Behar.
“I would say that this is not fake news, it’s a mistake. He didn’t deliberately put out a false piece of information, he made an error,” she deflected.
