New York Governor Andrew Cuomo promoted another anti-vaccine conspiracy theory Monday morning; telling ABC News the public “should be skeptical” about taking any CoVID medication recommended by the FDA and the CDC.
“How confident are you in the approval process at the FDA right now?” asked ABC News.
“How confident am I? I’m not that confident… You’re going to say to the American people: Here’s a vaccine, it was new, it was done quickly, but trust this administration that it’s safe? I think it’s going to be a very skeptical public about taking this vaccine, and it should be,” said Cuomo.
“We’re going to put together our own group to review the vaccine. If they say that it’s safe, then I’ll go to the people of New York and say that it’s safe,” he added. “You’re going to need someone other than the FDA and CDC saying it’s safe.”

‘ENOUGH’: NYC Business Owner SUES Cuomo, De Blasio Over Looting, Claims Police Ordered to ‘Stand Down’
One New York City business owner is telling local leaders he’s had enough of the lawlessness taking control of the region; suing Governor Andrew Cuomo and Mayor Bill de Blasio after his store was looted during anti-police protests.
“The lawsuit, filed on behalf of Domus Design Center, an interior design business located on Madison Avenue in Manhattan, also names Mayor Bill de Blasio and NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea as co-defendants,” reports Fox News.
“Basically, the city and state government owe a duty to the individual storefronts to protect them,” attorney Sal Strazzullo said Friday on “Fox & Friends.”
“My law firm believes [that] through depositions, through discovery we’re going to be able to find that the city or state had intelligence in regards to these criminals that looted these stores and didn’t do anything about it,” he added.
Strazzullo continued, “The lackeys that are politically appointed in the NYPD probably were told to stand down and basically it is a travesty.”
“The past three-four days since after we filed the lawsuit, other general counsels … I’m not going to name any names at the moment because they have not been retained have reached out,” Strazzullo said.

CUOMO WEIGHS IN: NY Governor Says Biden is Democrats’ ‘Best Case’ to Beat Trump in 2020
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo weighed-in on the current state of the 2020 presidential election Wednesday, saying former Vice President Joe Biden has the “best case” for beating Donald Trump in a national race.
“Of all the names that are out there, I think Joe Biden has the best case,” said Cuomo after starting his third term as Governor of New York. “I think Joe Biden has the best case because he brings the most of the secret ingredient you need to win for a Democrat, which is credibility.”
“The two men have a longstanding relationship. Mr. Biden spoke in May at the New York State Democratic Committee convention as it nominated Mr. Cuomo over Cynthia Nixon for the governorship. In 2015, Mr. Biden visited New York to offer his condolences to Mr. Cuomo as he mourned his father, former Gov. Mario Cuomo. That same year, Mr. Cuomo traveled to Delaware to pay his respects after the death of Beau Biden, the former vice president’s son,” writes the Wall Street Journal.
