On Wednesday morning, former DOGE head Elon Musk signaled regret over some of his previous X posts that attacked President Donald Trump.

Trump and Musk had a very public falling out over the president’s Big Beautiful Bill Act.

“I regret some of my posts about President @realDonaldTrump last week. They went too far,” Musk posted on X.

Musk previously posted that Trump was on the notorious Epstein List.

On several occasions over the last week, Musk commented positively on posts from Team Trump regarding the administration’s actions to control the rioting in Los Angeles County.

Musk also shared Trump’s statement criticizing California Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom and Los Angeles Democratic Mayor Karen Bass.

Conservatives on X thanked Musk for taking steps towards rebuilding his relationship with the president.

“Thank you very much, Elon. We are grateful for BOTH of you. Let’s stay focused on saving our country & holding the House in 2026. We can do this,” Scott Presslet posted.

“Thank you for saying this,” MAGA loyalist Laura Loomer shared.

“Excellent. Love to see this, for the good of our country,” Western Lensman posted.

“The greater good needs you both,” popular conservative personality Brick Suit shared.

“Man…. This public apology means a lot. Not too many people apologize for disrespecting President Trump. Thank you, Elon!” conservative comedian Terrence K. Williams posted.
