Don’t believe your eyes, says Kimmel.

Late-night host Jimmy Kimmel wasted his opening monologue Tuesday night denying the violent reality of the anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles.

“Los Angelenos have been gathering to demonstrate — with very few exceptions , peacefully demonstrate — to voice their opposition to this disgusting and unnecessary abuse of power instigated by our mentally ill president, who is dead set on exacerbating this,” Kimmel said.

“He actually wants conflict. He is intentionally inflaming and lying to make it seem like there is a war going on here — there’s no riot outside,” Kimmel continued.

“Someone sets a fire in a garbage can and 12 camera crews run toward it,” Kimmel claimed, ignoring videos of multiple cars set on fire, stores looted, and law enforcement officers being attacked.
