Award winning actor Ray Liotta, who hit it big in Martin Scorsese’s crime classic Goodfellas, passed away in his sleep; he was 67. According to a report from the New York Post, Liotta was on location in the Dominican Republic filming his latest movie, Dangerous Waters.
“Liotta was on a big resurgence,” Deadline reports. “Recent turns included The Many Saints of Newark, Marriage Story and No Sudden Move. He finished the Elizabeth Banks-directed Cocaine Bear and was due to star in the Working Title film The Substance opposite Demi Moore and Margaret Qualley.”
Liotta leaves behind a daughter, Karsen, and was engaged to be married to the podcaster Jacy Nittolo
