President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky began their high-stakes Oval Office meeting Monday afternoon, just three days after Trump’s summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska.

European leaders arrived at the White House ahead of Zelensky, a show of support meant to keep the talks from unraveling like the fraught February meeting with Trump, Zelensky, and Vice President Vance.
