WATCH: Michelle Obama Tells Americans ‘ALL WE HAVE IS HOPE’ as Economy SOARS

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.01.18

Former First Lady Michelle Obama doubled-down on liberal, anti-Trump delusions on the Ellen Show this week; telling the daytime comedian that “All we have is hope” as millions of Americans are seeing higher wages and a booming stock market.

Mrs. Obama appeared on the Ellen Show Thursday morning in her first television interview since leaving the White House last January; claiming “people are frightened” and that average Americans should “forget what they’re saying in Washington.”

“I would just encourage your viewers, the country, to do the things we do every day: to love each other, to take care of each other, to show empathy — and you can’t do that only when people make you feel good or safe,” said the former First Lady.

“So, let’s just keep living our lives like that every single day and forget what they’re saying in Washington. That’s not necessarily who we are. We know who we are,” she added. “We have to be an open-hearted nation and that’s who we are.”

WATCH: Michelle Obama RIPS 'All Men, All White' Congress

posted by Hannity Staff - 6.03.17

Former First Lady Michelle Obama said Tuesday that the nation’s biggest problems are a direct result of too many “white men” controlling the United States government, saying Congressional lawmakers were “literally gray and white.”

Mrs. Obama was speaking at the Pennsylvania Conference for Women this week when she slammed the Trump administration and Congressional Republicans for lacking women and “people of color.”

“It’s a feeling of color, almost. On one side of the room, it’s literally gray and white, literally, that’s the color palette on one side of the room,” she said. “On the other side of the room, there’s yellows and blues and whites and greens. Physically, there’s a difference in color, in the tone. Because one side, all men, all white. On the other side, some women, some people of color.”

The former First Lady goes on to say she was “embarrassed” while hosting guests at the State of the Union address due to the lack of “diversity” among lawmakers.

“Whenever I was sitting, I would always have a guest in that booth, and I was always most embarrassed at the beginning when people would see that,” said Obama.

COST CUTTER: Melania SLASHES Michelle's 'Bloated' First Lady Payroll

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.14.17

First Lady Melania Trump managed to slash the staff and budget of her predecessor’s entourage by more than 50% since President Trump took office; maintaining a busy schedule on a significantly reduced payroll.

According to Fox News, the First Lady drastically reduced her office’s budget when compared to Michelle Obama’s massive entourage during her eight years in the White House. As of June, Melania’s staff had just four people on her payroll with salaries totaling $486,700.

During the same time of former President Obama’s first year in office, then-First Lady Michelle Obama had a whopping 16 staffers on her payroll, shelling out $1.24 million to her workers.

Melania Trump’s spokesperson insists the decision was intentional, praising the First Lady for being “deliberate in her hiring” and focusing on “quality over quantity.”

“As with all things that she does, she is being very deliberate in her hiring, focusing on quality over quantity,” said communications director Stephanie Grisham. “It is important to her that the team is a good fit for what she wants to accomplish as first lady, and that everyone works well together. She also wants to be mindful and responsible when it comes to taxpayer money.”
