The House will reconvene today after Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) fell short of receiving 217 votes to win the Speaker’s gavel Wednesday afternoon. Following the quorum call and nominating speeches, the House will move to a third ballot for the Election of the Speaker of the House.
