Recent polling from Quinnipiac University may spell big trouble for Senator Kamala Harris, with a new survey showing the presidential hopeful’s numbers dropping since her second round of debates.
“Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren is the big winner in the second round of Democratic presidential debates, but former Vice President Joseph Biden retains his front-runner status with 32 percent of Democrats and independent voters who lean Democratic, according to a Quinnipiac University National Poll released today,” reports the poll.
“Sen. Elizabeth Warren has 21 percent among Democrats, with 14 percent for Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders and 7 percent for California Sen. Kamala Harris,” adds the survey. “This compares to results of a July 29 survey by the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh- pe-ack) University National Poll, showing Biden with 34 percent, Warren with 15 percent, Harris with 12 percent and Sanders with 11 percent.”
Harris’ numbers have dropped 13% since the first presidential debate.
Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard slammed Kamala Harris on social media days ago; saying her entire presidential campaign is “based on a lie.”
“Kamala’s entire campaign is based on a lie — that as AG of California, she was a fighter for the oppressed and for criminal justice reform. But her criminal justice record shows that her policies exemplified the worst aspects of our criminal justice system,” said Gabbard.

“Sen. Harris says she’s proud of her record as a prosecutor and that she’ll be a prosecutor president, but I’m deeply concerned about this record,” Gabbard said. “There are too many examples to cite but she put over 1,500 people in jail for marijuana violations and then laughed about it when she was asked if she ever smoked marijuana.”
“I think one of the things I’m most concerned with is Kamala Harris is not qualified to serve as commander-in-chief, and I can say this from a personal perspective as a soldier,” Gabbard added.
Harris’ Press Secretary pushed-back against Gabbard’s attacks; bizarrely suggesting the ‘Russian Propaganda Machine’ was behind her rise in popularity.
“Reporters writing their stories with eyes on the modern-day assignment desk of Twitter, read this: ‘The Russian propaganda machine that tried to influence the 2016 election is now promoting the presidential aspirations of a controversial Hawaii Democrat,’” tweeted Ian Sams.

“The Russian propaganda machine that tried to influence the 2016 U.S. election is now promoting the presidential aspirations of a controversial Hawaii Democrat who earlier this month declared her intention to run for president in 2020,” reported NBC News last February.
GLOVES OFF: Rep. Tulsi Gabbard Says Kamala Harris ‘Needs to Be Held Accountable’ for Her Record
Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard called-out Sen. Kamala Harris during Wednesday night’s Democratic debate; telling reporters the top-tier candidate needs to be “held accountable” for her record.
“People like Kamala Harris need to be held accountable for their record, not for something that she said or did 50 years ago. This is something that she did in her last job before she was elected as a U.S. Senator,” said Gabbard.

Sen. Harris has risen to second place in a series of recent polls, most notably in her home state of California.
“Sen. Kamala Harris of California has catapulted into a virtual tie with former Vice President Joe Biden in the race for the Democratic presidential nomination — and she’s made significant inroads with black voters — following her widely praised debate performance last week, a new national poll released Tuesday showed,” reports NBC News.
“The latest Quinnipiac University poll of Democratic and Democratic-leaning voters showed Biden with 22 percent support and Harris with 20 percent — a double-digit jump for her since the university’s previous poll last month,” adds the survey.
President Trump weighed-in Tuesday on the 2020 Democratic presidential primary; saying the “Crew” looks “easier to debate” than his 2016 opponent Hillary Clinton.
“As most people are aware, according to the Polls, I won EVERY debate, including the three with Crooked Hillary Clinton, despite the fact that in the first debate, they modulated the sound on me, and got caught. This crew looks somewhat easier than Crooked, but you never know?” posted the Commander-in-Chief on social media.
