Former Congresswoman and presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard weighed-in on the Democrats’ disastrous election results Wednesday night; saying Terry McAuliffe’s defeat in Virginia was a “victory for all Americans.”
“McAuliffe’s loss is a victory for all Americans. Why? Because it was a resounding rejection of efforts to divide us by race, the stripping of parental rights, and arrogant, deaf leaders. This benefits us all,” posted Gabbard on Twitter.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy spoke with reporters at the US Capitol Wednesday following a major Republican victory in Virginia and potential win in New Jersey, saying he hopes to turn 60 seats red during the 2022 midterm elections.
“If you’re a Democrat and President Biden won your seat by 16 points, you’re in a competitive race next year. You are no longer safe,” McCarthy told reporters.

“It’ll be more than 70 [Democratic seats] that will be competitive. There’s many that are going to lose their races based upon walking off a cliff from [Speaker] Nancy Pelosi [D-Calif.] pushing them,” he continued. “She may not care if she lose. She lost 63 the last time she was Speaker moving policy that the country didn’t care for.
“Many believe she won’t stay around,” he added.
“Are you going to bring President Biden with his policies into your district to defend you? Are you going to bring the vice president? Terry McAuliffe did, and look what happened to him,” McCarthy warned.

GABBARD ON HANNITY: ‘War Should Always Be a Last Resort’
Democratic presidential hopeful Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard spoke with Sean Hannity Thursday night; slamming Hillary Clintons “war-mongering” foreign policy after she smeared her as a “Russian asset.”
“She’s basically accusing you of being a traitor… Slander is a big deal, your reaction?” asked Hannity.
“I’m proud to wear the uniform of this country… I’ve been deployed twice to the Middle East. I’ve seen first-hand the terribly high human cost of war. My job in Iraq was working in a field medical unit,” said Gabbard.
“Those of us who have seen the cost of war, we fight for peace. We’re not pacifists, sometimes war is necessary. But we see that war should always be a last resort. Hillary Clinton’s not only calling me a traitor, she’s sending a warning out to every veteran, anyone who stands up against war-mongering foreign policies,” she added.

GABBARD to BIDEN: ‘Crisis on the Southern Border is the Direct Result of Your Open-Border Policy’
Former Presidential Candidate Tulsi Gabbard called-out the Biden administration Wednesday night, saying the current crisis spiraling out of control along the US-Mexico is a direct result of the President’s policies.
“Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, the humanitarian and national security crisis on the southern border is the direct result of your open-border policy. As I said in my 2020 presidential campaign, we can’t have a secure nation if we don’t secure our borders,” posted Gabbard on Twitter.

Congresswoman Maxine Waters raised eyebrows among millions of Americans this week when she blamed Donald Trump for the current border crisis and claimed the situation in Texas is now “worse than slavery.”
“Haitians fleeing violence & the lack of a credible government in Haiti are being treated like animals. U.S. government cowboys on horses used whips on Haitians as they sought refuge. Why are we following the Trump policies? This horrendous treatment of Haitians must STOP NOW,” posted Waters on Twitter.

“What the hell are we doing here?” she told a crowd in Washington, DC. “What we witnessed takes us back hundreds of years. What we witnessed is worse than what we witnessed in slavery. Cowboys whipping black people, Haitians, into the water.”
“All they’re trying to do is escape from violence in their country,” she added.

Rep. Rashida Tlaib made similar remarks Wednesday.
“What we all witnessed in Del Rio, Texas was disgusting not just because of the rogue, out-of-control CBP, but also because the actions were a blatant betrayal of our human rights values,” said Tlaib.
