Former GOP presidential candidate and current Ohio gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy stopped by Hannity Wednesday night and offered his reaction to President Trump’s recent address to the joint session of Congress.

Ramaswamy said it was Trump at his best.

“I think it was excellent,” Ramaswamy said. “President Trump hit it out of the park. You saw the Democratic Party’s reaction — that is a party lost in the wilderness … that was President Trump at his best.”

Ramaswamy continued: “President Trump is as confident and as well-settled as he’s ever been and for good reason. Look at what he’s accomplished in just six weeks — it’s more than President Biden was able to accomplish in four years. He’s well on his way to leading us into this new Golden Age for America. This is just the warm-up act, so far.”

Ramaswamy said he appreciated Trump’s honesty, as well.

“I think he was all very honest … that it’s not just going to be roses every step of the way,” Ramaswamy said. “Sometimes, the path to greatness runs through some bumpy roads. He was very honest about that … I think it was a beautiful speech.”
