More from Hannity’s exclusive sitdown with President Trump…
During Wednesday night’s Hannity, President Trump spoke with the Fox News host about the progress being made on his “big, beautiful bill” and the economic strategy Trump 2.0 is using to Make America Great Again.
“How confident are you after [in the bill] spending time with Majority Leader Thune and Speaker of the House Mike Johnson?” Hannity asked the POTUS.
“Even before the big drug cuts that I announced, if you take a look at the pharmaceutical and drug cuts — they’re so massive — I think a lot of Democrats have to vote for this bill,” Trump told Hannity, adding “how horrible it is” that Americans pay more for prescription drugs than most countries.
“I think a lot of Democrats are going to be forced to vote for this bill because you add this new element that if this bill passes, you’re going to get a 50 – 90% reduction in prescription drugs and pharmaceuticals. How could a Democrat not vote for that?” Trump said.
Hannity asked Trump about the current “stars” of the Democratic Party, like AOC, Jasmine Crockett, and others.
Trump zeroed in on Chuck Schumer, saying he’s “afraid” to go up against the radical wing of his party; “He’s totally lost his confidence,” Trump said.
Trump says Democrats have “no idea what to do” — especially on issues like men playing in women’s sports; “That’s not an 80/20 — that’s a 97/3,” Trump quipped.
“It shows that they’re almost insane.”
Trump also talks Biden, trillions of dollars in deals, and more.
