What does Joe even mean?
Biden had his fair share of eyebrow-raising moments during Tuesday night’s bizarre State of the Union address, but one moment left both sides of the aisle scratching their heads.
Biden dedicated some time to talking nonsense about China and its leader Xi Jinping.

Of course, Biden’s claim that CHina is some how on the decline since he took office is absolutely false: they’ve infiltrated our universities, flown spy balloons over our country end-to-end —heck, Joe even canceled the Trump-era China Initiative which cracked down on Chinese espionage.
