Sean Hannity Radio Recap: Dec 4

4:05PM ET – Gregg Jarrett, Fox News Legal Analyst and Author of Witch Hunt: The Story of the Greatest Mass Delusion in American Political History is here to discuss today’s hearing held by the House Judiciary Committee. Gregg latest article addresses this next effort by the democrats led by Jerold Nadler, after Adam Schiff’s hearings failed so miserably.

One day after Republicans issued a 110-page report arguing that President Trump did not commit an impeachable offense, Democrats doubled down Tuesday with a roughly 300-page report claiming that he did.

The House Intelligence Committee voted 13-9 on a party-line vote to adopt the Democratic report – with all Democrats voting in favor of sending it to the House Judiciary Committee and all Republicans voting against the move.

If nothing else, this undermines the repeated promise by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., that any impeachment should be bipartisan. Her original premise was correct.

Impeachment is a grave step of last resort to remove a duly elected president. The act of wrongdoing must be sufficiently egregious, and the evidence so clear and convincing, that the constitutional remedy of impeachment merits support from both political parties represented in Congress.

4:30 PM ET – Carter Page, former Trump policy advisor discusses the ridiculous charade today being put on by nutty Nadler and his merry minions. It’s completely defamatory, wrought with lies and fabricated information to further a narrative that has no legs. Carter has been a victim of these lies for over 2 years now, and is fighting back. Here is a snippet from a letter he wrote to the Department of Justice, just a couple of days ago:

I am writing to follow up regarding last night’s Washington Post story alleging your disagreement with certain conclusions of the Office of Inspector General (“OIG”) report regarding the origins of the Russia investigation. Although a subsequent statement released by your spokeswoman claimed that this draft OIG report instead represented “excellent work” , I can confirm a different reality from the frontlines of this terror battlefield [18
U.S.C. § 2331].

There have been significant legal and procedural irregularities throughout OIG’s very preliminary investigation over recent years. Like every other prior stage of this long road to tyranny led by other operatives from the Democrat party, the severe civil rights violations of the FISA abuse against myself as a way of spying on the Trump campaign seem to have been matched or even exceeded by OIG’s recent initiatives. Following incessant disappointments at the continued wrongdoing by the U.S. Department of Justice (“DOJ”), I have been shocked by the alleged criminal misconduct in these most recent violations of the Privacy Act of 1974 [5 U.S.C. §552a(i)(1)] and other legal authorities. I was originally planning to file a motion for Temporary Restraining Order and preliminary injunction today, in order to limit the further perpetual damages in this ongoing debacle. But given the glimmer of hope offered with the Post’s notion that you might see through the ongoing charade and coverup, I am writing to respectfully request your help in finally leveling this completely lopsided playing field. As a way of limiting the types of errors highlighted in the Post’s report, I have worked diligently for years to ensure belated compliance with 5 U.S.C. § 552a(d)(1)-(2) which allows “access to his record or to any information pertaining to him” and “permit the individual to request amendment”. So far, these requests have all failed. Rather than follow such statutory authorities and based upon no administrative authority whatsoever, OIG has instead recklessly granted these rights to many of the same perpetrators who abused my civil liberties in the first place. I hope you can please help to resolve this injustice.

Whereas my existence has been completely redefined by the life-threatening felonies and disinformation initiatives by criminal co-conspirators within your Department, please allow me to reintroduce myself. I am a former Catholic altar boy, Eagle Scout and loyal military veteran. In your recent speech at Notre Dame Law School, you advocated protection of another First Amendment right. Unfortunately, this same Constitutional authority has been obliterated by incessant violations of the Freedom of Speech and the Right of Peaceable Assembly against myself as well as other members of the Trump movement.
5:05PM ET Bill O’Reilly, the best-selling author of 15 instant #1 books including the #1 “Killing” series of histories, and host of the popular daily podcast “No Spin” on billoreilly.com, and author of the new book on the life of Donald Trump titled “The United States of Trump: How the President Really Sees America.”

From Bill’s message of the day:

As I write this, my latest book “The United States of Trump” is ranked number 56 on Amazon, the biggest book seller in the country. But here’s the thing: there are only five REAL books in front of me. The rest of the top 50 are kids books, cookbooks, diet tomes, and self help things.
The most popular book in the country right now is “100 Recipes to Live to 100.” Begging the question: why would anyone want to do that? I mean, ancient is tough. Very difficult.

I would buy a book entitled: “Eat Like This and You Will Die Happy Around Age 85.” That is a book I want to read.

The second biggest selling book according to Amazon is “Diary of a Wimpy Kid – Wrecking Ball.”

The Wimpy kid series is fabulously successful because we are living in an age where wimpy kids rule. The wimpier they are, the more their moms like it. For some reason.

The third book on the bestseller list is “Dog Man, from the Creator of Captain Underpants.”

Now, if this isn’t an indicator of the collapse of American culture, I don’t know what is. How exactly did Mr. Underpants get promoted to captain? What ethnicity is the last name Underpants, anyway? Scandinavian?

Dog Man, I understand. Captain Underpants, no.

The fact that real books with actual plots and facts do not sell… is depressing – especially to a guy who writes those kinds of books. But that is what’s happening. Like music, movies, and TV, the publishing industry is on the verge of collapse.

That because of the machines, the smart phones which can dial up all kinds of diversions in seconds. Why read a book when you can YouTube?
The Romans had bread and circuses. We have Instagram and Google. Think about it.
