4:05 PM ET – Freedom Caucus Members Congressman Andy Biggs of Arizona and Congressman Matt Gaetz of Florida, are here to talk about the immigration bill and vote today in the House and the move for censure regarding Maxine Waters.

Congressman Biggs issued the following statement after introducing a resolution to censure and condemn Representative Maxine Waters:

“Individuals have the right to debate their differences civilly, without fear of retribution. Unfortunately, Maxine Waters’ comments condone public violence and encourage actions that jeopardize the safety and security of government officials and the American people.

“A little over a year ago, we witnessed a horrific shooting targeted at Congressional Republicans. That day, we promised that we would be better; that we would argue about ideas not people.

“Unfortunately, we are returning to the vitriol of that day. Those determined to undermine the progress and agenda of President Donald Trump, have taken it upon themselves to demonize their opposition. As Members of Congress we have the responsibility to lead by example and this rhetoric is simply unacceptable.”

4:35 PM ET – Congressman Jim Jordan of Ohio, was in the closed-door deposition of disgraced Trump hater and former FBI agent Peter Strzok today. He brings us his feedback on the hearing and the concerns he is left with after the session. He said this about the closed door aspect of this hearing this morning on Fox and Friends:

Republican Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio defended Congress’ decision to have a closed-door hearing with FBI agent Peter Strzok, saying it will make it easier for lawmakers to get the full truth.

“Transparency is important,” Jordan said on “Fox & Friends” Tuesday. “We’re certainly not getting enough of it from the Department of Justice. But I do agree with having Peter Strzok first in a closed session where we can ask him all kinds of questions. And we have longer than five minutes and you can get the answers that we need, so that if and when there’s going to be an open hearing we will know that information.” (The Daily Caller)

5:05 PM ET – Gregg Jarrett, Fox News Analyst and author of the upcoming release, The Russian Hoax, The Illicit Scheme to Clear Hillary Clinton, and David Schoen, Civil Liberties Attorney, Jay Sekulow, Chief Counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice and Counsel to the President, they analyze the DOJ’s stonewalling of the House Intel Committee and the power that rests with the House Judiciary Committee. What will actually come of calling Rod Rosenstein to testify about his actions? Last night Joe DiGenova stated on the TV show that in addition to Strzok being called in for questioning, both Brennan, former director of the CIA under Obama and Clapper, former director of the Department of National Intelligence under Obama, need to be called in; as they were the instigators of this entire phony probe. No truth can ever be truly discovered without going to the original sources of the problem.
