Controversial Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez threw her full support behind striking auto workers on social media Monday; inadvertently admitting US companies are seeing “record profits” under President Trump.
“Incredibly inspired by GM’s almost 50,000 workers for having the courage to strike for the dignified work they deserve. In a time of record profits, workers should prosper, not suffer. That’s why unions play a key role in an economy that works for everyone,” posted AOC on Twitter.

Ocasio-Cortez infuriated countless citizens across the country last week; admitting she owed $19,000 in student debt while earning over $170,000 per year.
“I literally made a student loan payment while I was sitting here at this chair, and I looked at my balance, and it was $20,237.16,” she said. “I just made a payment that took me down to $19,000 so I feel really accomplished right now.”
Earlier this year, President Trump signed an executive order forgiving student debt for thousands of permanently disabled veterans.
“The order, which Trump signed following a speech at the American Veterans National Convention in Louisville, Ky., also clears those eligible veterans from having to pay any federal income tax on the loans. Trump added that he is pressuring individual states to follow suit,” reports Fox News.
“The debt of these disabled veterans will be completely erased,” Trump said. “That’s hundreds of millions of dollars of student loans debt for our disabled veterans that will be completely erased.”
It was my honor to sign a Presidential Memorandum facilitating the cancellation of student loan debt for 25K of our most severely disabled Veterans. With today’s order, we express the everlasting love & loyalty of a truly grateful Nation. God bless our Vets, & God Bless America! pic.twitter.com/MMMsX3RDQM

AOC CONFUSED: Ocasio-Cortez Calls Electoral College a Racist ‘Scam,’ Looks for Voters in the Desert
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez confused millions of users on social media Tuesday; calling the Electoral College a “racist scam” while searching for American voters in the desert.
— Public Citizen (@Public_Citizen) August 20, 2019
“Alright everyone, it’s been a minute, we’re coming to you live from the Electoral College… Many votes here as you can see. A very efficient way to choose leadership of the country. I can’t think of any other way, can you?” quipped Ocasio-Cortez on social media.
— The Hill (@thehill) August 20, 2019
“Due to severe racial disparities in certain states, the Electoral College effectively weighs white voters over voters of color, as apposed to a ‘one person, one vote’ system where all our votes are counted equally,” she states.
“Could you image if we had this kind democracy-altering ‘fairness’ provision for literally any other group?” she asks. “If we weighed, for example, black and indigenous voters more because of unfairness?”

AOC DIGS IN: Ocasio-Cortez Says It’s ‘A Myth’ that Veterans’ Healthcare System is ‘Broken’
Controversial Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez doubled-down on her recent claims that the Veterans’ Affairs healthcare system “ain’t broke” Monday; saying it’s “a myth” that the VA hospitals “are broken.”
“You might have heard Fox News talking about it,” Ocasio-Cortez said, “because there is a myth that all VAs everywhere are broken.”
— Free Beacon (@FreeBeacon) April 29, 2019
“If we can starve them of budgets and make sure they can’t do their job, then we can say the whole system should be thrown away,” she said while speaking with supporters in New York City. “I’m not going to back down from protecting the VA.”
