REPORT: Pelosi’s Democrats ‘Fall Way Short’ in ‘Disappointing Election,’ Lose Seats in the House

posted by Hannity Staff - 11.04.20

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi failed to secure the big election night victory her party was hoping for Tuesday; likely losing a handful of seats as the 2020 presidential election waits for the final vote count.

“Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and her invigorated caucus charged into Tuesday with an energized base, a sharp fundraising advantage and hopes to flip anywhere from five to 15 Republican seats on election night. Instead, it was the Republicans who scored big — at least in the early counting — knocking out at least a half dozen vulnerable Democrats with several more clinging to the ropes,” reports The Hill.

“It was a reversal of fortunes for the Democrats, who had led big in the polls and the money race and were betting that President Trump at the top of the ticket would be a drag on GOP lawmakers all the way down the ballot. With gushing optimism, Democrats were expecting Tuesday night would give them a chance to pad their 232-197 majority next year,” adds the website.

‘MAKES NO SENSE’: Biden Launches Bizarre Rant on Healthcare, ‘Let Me Put It Another Way’

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.09.20

Former Vice President Joe Biden continued his gaffe-filled campaign this week; launching a bizarre rant over “maintaining affordable healthcare” to “make sure it makes sense.”

“We have to make sure everyone has access to maintain, maintain affordable health insurance coverage. We should be making it easier, not harder, to make sure, to make sense, let me put it another way, it makes no sense,” said Biden during a virtual town hall event.

Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders suspended his presidential campaign Wednesday; clearing the path for the Democratic nomination of former Vice President Joe Biden to take on Donald Trump this November.

“Sanders was unable to build on his early momentum in the race after wins in New Hampshire and Nevada as well as virtual tie in Iowa, going on to lose a string of states to Biden after the former vice president consolidated the support of moderate Democrats,” reports the Hill.
