REPORT: North Korean Ship ‘Seized’ by US Authorities for Violating UN Sanctions

posted by Hannity Staff - 5.09.19

A North Korean-owned ship was reportedly “seized” by the United States after violating UN sanctions and transporting fuel to Kim Jong Un’s communist regime; escalating the already tense relationship between Pyongyang and Washington.

“A North Korean cargo vessel used to transport coal was seized in violation of international sanctions against the rogue regime, the U.S. Justice Department announced Thursday, just hours after the hermit kingdom fired two suspected short-range missiles,” reports Fox News.

“This sanctions-busting ship is now out of service,” Assistant Attorney General Demers said in a news release.  “North Korea, and the companies that help it evade U.S. and U.N. sanctions, should know that we will use all tools at our disposal — including a civil forfeiture action such as this one or criminal charges — to enforce the sanctions enacted by the U.S. and the global community.”

The announcement comes as Kim Jong Un test fired his short-range rockets this week; calling the launch part of a “regular” military exercise.

ADAM’S ADMISSION: Schiff Admits Trump Deserves ‘SOME CREDIT’ for Korean Peace

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.30.18

Ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee and fierce anti-Trump advocate Adam Schiff reluctantly admitted this week that President Trump deserves some credit on North Korea; warning the President things may “go south” if he’s not careful.

Schiff was speaking with ABC News when he admitted that the Commander-in-Chief may have driven North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un to the negotiating table; adding the President’s “unpredictability” may have scared the brutal regime.

“Doesn’t the president deserve credit for at least partial credit for what we’re seeing unfold on the Korean peninsula?” asked ABC News’ Jonathan Karl.

“I think it’s more than fair to say that the combination of the president’s unpredictability and indeed his bellicosity had something to do with North Korea’s willingness to come to the table,” Schiff fired-back. “But before the president takes too much credit or hangs out the ‘mission accomplished’ banner, he needs to realize we may go into a confrontational phase, and he may not want the full blame if things go south.”

BEHAR GOES NUCLEAR: Joy Says There’s NO DIFFERENCE Between Trump, Assad, Kim

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.12.18

Comedian Joy Behar found herself in hot-water Thursday after she wildly claimed there was no clear “moral” difference between President Trump, Kim Jong Un, and Bashar al-Assad; saying she sees Trump as “provoking war” across the globe.

“We’ve gotten to the point in this world now where we have to rely on the sanity of Kim Jong Un and [Vladimir] Putin over the President of the United States,” said Behar.

“Do you think Kim Jong Un is less moral than Trump? Do you?” Behar asked co-host Meghan McCain.

“It’s hard for me to sit here with moral relativism about many things with Trump,” McCain fired-back. “If you think that Kim Jong Un, Vladimir Putin, and Bashar al-Assad, and President Trump are the exact same thing, it’s when you lose all arguments with me in every way.”

“What I’m saying is that the two of them are backing off of war and Trump is provoking war, that’s what I see,” said Behar.
