A bombshell report by the Washington Post reveals a senior FBI agent shared information regarding the bureau’s ongoing Russian probe with ‘Trump Dossier’ author Christopher Steele, unveiling the identity of Trump associates in October of 2016.
The article, titled “The Truth About the FBI’s Russia Probe,” claims that Steele has maintained connections with the FBI since 2010, one year after retiring from the British spy service MI6.
“On about July 4, 2016, [Steele] met with his FBI friend in London to share what he had gathered for a June 20 Fusion GPS report, the first chapter of his eventual dossier. In that first report, Steele’s sources claimed that Russia had been ‘cultivating’ Trump for at least five years,” writes the Post.
“The bureau requested another meeting with Steele to dig deeper. That encounter took place around Oct. 1 in Rome with Steele’s old FBI contact. At this meeting, the FBI official asked Steele if he had ever heard of Papadopoulos, according to an official familiar with the meeting,” the author adds.
Christopher Steele was hired in May of 2016 by shady opposition research firm Fusion GPS to compile the infamous ‘Trump Dossier.’ Congressional investigators are currently scrambling to assess whether the debunked document was used by Obama officials to spy on senior Trump aides during the 2016 campaign.

BREAKING: GOP Senators DEMAND CRIMINAL Investigation into Trump Dossier
Two senior Republican Senators are publicly calling for a criminal investigation into the author behind the infamous Trump Dossier; demanding the Department of Justice launch a probe of former British spy Christopher Steele.
According to the Hill, Senators Chuck Grassley and Lindsey Graham sent a scathing letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray, urging the DOJ to open a criminal investigation of Steele and his role behind the creation of the debunked dossier.
“I don’t take lightly making a referral for criminal investigation. But, as I would with any credible evidence of a crime unearthed in the course of our investigations, I feel obliged to pass that information along to the Justice Department for appropriate review,” said Grassley.
“After reviewing how Mr. Steele conducted himself in distributing information contained in the dossier and how many stop signs the DOJ ignored in its use of the dossier, I believe that a special counsel needs to review this matter,” added Graham.
The shady opposition firm Fusion GPS –who hired Steele to create the document- continues to refuse to cooperate with federal investigators.
Congressional leaders are struggling to determine with the phony dossier was used as a pretense by Obama officials to surveil members of the Trump campaign ahead of the 2016 presidential election.

DEADLY DOSSIER: Fusion GPS Says People Have BEEN MURDERED Over Trump Dossier
The attorney representing the shady opposition firm Fusion GPS shocked lawmakers earlier this year, telling congressional investigators that somebody’s already “been killed” in the aftermath of the publication of the now debunked ‘Trump Dossier,’ raising new questions over how the document was financed and created.
Lawyers defending Fusion GPS used the strange assertion to help protect their sources behind the shady dossier, saying the firm wants to be “very careful” to prevent future casualties.
“He wants to be very careful to protect his sources,” Josh Levy, an attorney for Fusion GPS told the Senate Judiciary Committee in August. “Somebody’s already been killed as a result of the publication of this dossier and no harm should come to anybody related to this honest work.”
According to Fox News, Levy’s statement is contained in a flood of transcripts released by Sen. Dianne Feinstein, who published the lengthy interview between investigators and Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson.
“The innuendo and misinformation circulating about the transcript are part of a deeply troubling effort to undermine the investigation into potential collusion and obstruction of justice,” Feinstein said in a statement. “The only way to set the record straight is to make the transcript public.”
