RASHIDA’S RAGE: Tlaib ‘Sick and Tired’ of Attacks on Linda Sarsour for ‘Speaking Truth’ About Israeli ‘Oppression’

posted by Hannity Staff - 8.21.20

Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib backed Linda Sarsour this week after the Biden campaign distanced themselves from the far-left activist; saying she is “sick and tired” of people condemning Sarsour for “speaking the truth about oppression.”

“I couldn’t agree more. I am so sick and tired of folks going after @lsarsour and other Palestinian activists for speaking the truth about oppression and injustice. You don’t get it yet. We don’t stop until everyone is free. We will always outwork the hate,” posted Tlaib on Twitter.

Biden’s presidential team claimed Wednesday that far-left activist Linda Sarsour has “no role” in the campaign after appearing on camera at the Democratic National Convention Tuesday night.

“Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden‘s campaign said it has nothing to do with former Women’s March leader Linda Sarsour, after she was seen participating in the Democratic National Convention,” reports Fox News.

“Sarsour and Tamika Mallory were kicked out of the Women’s March organization due to concerns of anti-Semitism following statements against Israel and claims that Jewish activists were being excluded from the movement. Sarsour has also been a vocal supporter of the BDS movement that calls for boycotts, divestment, and sanctions against Israel,” adds Fox.

“Joe Biden has been a strong supporter of Israel and a vehement opponent of anti-Semitism his entire life, and he obviously condemns her views and opposes BDS, as does the Democratic platform,” Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates said in a statement, referring to Sarsour. “She has no role in the Biden campaign whatsoever.”

BACKLASH BUILDS: Rep. Tlaib Says Critics Pushing ‘Racist Agenda’ After Her Controversial ‘Holocaust’ Comments

posted by Hannity Staff - 5.13.19

Rep. Rashida Tlaib pushed back against critics Sunday night after the controversial Congresswoman found herself in hot water for saying the Nazi holocaust of European Jews gives her a “calming feeling.”

“Policing my words, twisting & turning them to ignite vile attacks on me will not work. All of you who are trying to silence me will fail miserably. I will never allow you to take my words out of context to push your racist and hateful agenda. The truth will always win,” posted Tlaib on social media.

“There’s always kind of a calming feeling when I think of the tragedy of the Holocaust, that it was my ancestors — Palestinians — who lost their land and some lost their lives, their livelihood, their human dignity, their existence, in many ways, has been wiped out … in the name of trying to create a safe haven for Jews,” said Tlaib during a recent podcast.

A NEW LOW: Rashida Tlaib Accuses STEVE SCALISE of ‘Islamophobia’ for Condemning Anti-Semitism

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.07.19

Recently sworn-in Rep. Rashida Tlaib blasted GOP Rep. Steve Scalise Wednesday evening; accusing the lawmaker of “Islamophobia” after he demanded Ilhan Omar be removed from the Foreign Affairs Committee for her anti-Semitic statements.

“Hard to watch Rep. Scalise demand that Rep. @IlhanMN be removed from House Foreign Affairs w/o wondering if it’s steeped in Islamophobia. Ilhan is more than capable of sitting on the committee & making decisions that are in the best interests of her constituents & all Americans,” posted Tlaib on social media.

Omar made national headlines earlier this year after she accused “evil” Israel of “hypnotizing” the world and flat-out refused to condemn Venezuela’s socialist dictator Nicolas Maduro.
