President Trump on Wednesday unveiled the new “Presidential Walk of Fame” along the West Wing Colonnade, featuring gold-framed portraits of the 45 men who have led the United States — and a pointed rebuke of former President Joe Biden, represented only by an image of an autopen.

“The Presidential Walk of Fame has arrived on the West Wing Colonnade. Wait for it…” tweeted Trump special assistant Margo Martin, sharing a video panning across the portraits, from George Washington nearest the residence to Trump himself — followed by the autopen.

Trump, 79, personally inspected the installation in a photo shared by the official White House account.

The White House Colonnade, which borders the Rose Garden and links the presidential residence to the Oval Office, has been resurfaced to showcase President Trump’s new “Presidential Walk of Fame.”

Trump’s decision to depict former President Joe Biden, 82, with an autopen image was planned for weeks. The choice underscores Trump’s criticism of Biden’s reliance on the electronic signing device, which he has cited to question whether aides improperly used Biden’s signature during his alleged cognitive decline.

Biden was forced to abandon his re-election bid last year after Democratic allies raised concerns about his fitness for office. He has maintained he was fully in control and personally authorized use of the autopen.

Auto-penned signatures carry full legal authority when authorized by a president. But Biden White House emails show both internal and Justice Department concerns that the then-president did not review “specific documents” in a batch of clemency orders issued in January.
