Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi doubled-down on the Democrats’ push to permit mail-in voting during the 2020 election this week; calling the new process a “personal health issue” due to CoVID-19.
“Take responsibility! Put money in the pockets of the American people… We need to do more. We cannot take a pause. 90% of our Veterans medicine comes to them through the mail… It’s a health issue. Vote by mail, it’s a health issue! It’s always been the health of our democracy and now it’s a personal health issue as well,” said the Speaker.

President Trump weighed-in Wednesday on the Democrats’ latest push to implement mail-in voting for the 2020 election; saying “you’re asking for fraud” and the process would “destroy this country.”
“Why should they not be allowed to mail it in?” asked one reporter.
“When you do all mail-in voting ballots you’re asking for fraud. People steal them out of mailboxes, people print them and then sign them… They take many ballots and put them all together and dump them,” said the President. “We’re not going to destroy this country by allowing things like that to happen.”
“This has more to do with fairness and honesty. When that starts happening you have a rigged system, that’s what would happen,” he added.

‘NO CHEATING’: Trump Threatens to Withhold Funding for States that Move to ‘Mail-In Voting’
President Trump threatened to withhold federal funding from “rogue states” that move to mail-in voting for the 2020 General Election Wednesday morning; saying the system will likely be fraught with fraud and other inaccuracies.
“Breaking: Michigan sends absentee ballots to 7.7 million people ahead of Primaries and the General Election. This was done illegally and without authorization by a rogue Secretary of State. I will ask to hold up funding to Michigan if they want to go down this Voter Fraud path!” posted Trump on Twitter.

State of Nevada “thinks” that they can send out illegal vote by mail ballots, creating a great Voter Fraud scenario for the State and the U.S. They can’t! If they do, “I think” I can hold up funds to the State. Sorry, but you must not cheat in elections. @RussVought45 @USTreasury
