As Republicans and Democrats scramble to find a last-minute solution to raising the debt-ceiling before a federal government shutdown, former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi didn’t hold back on her true feelings about the possible deal; equating the GOP proposal with eating a “bowl” of dog feces.
Pelosi was fielding questions from journalists during a press briefing Thursday when she launched into her disgusting rant regarding the debt-ceiling deal, saying the GOP proposal was like putting a cherry on top of a “bowl of doggy doo.”
“As I said to you, this is like giving you a bowl of doggie doo, putting a cherry on top, and calling it a chocolate sundae. This is nothing. CHIP should’ve been done in September first of all. Second of all, we wanted ten years. We wanted permanent CHIP, which by the way, saves six billion dollars,” said Pelosi.
“The Republicans rejected that, even just on the terms of CHIP, they rejected the ten years saving six billion dollars. Doing it for six years saves one billion, and that’s good. Doing it ten years and saving six billion dollars is better,” added the House Minority Leader.

Pelosi Says ‘God Is With’ Democrats on DACA
Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi believes liberal lawmakers have the moral high ground on the ongoing immigration debate in the United States, strangely suggesting that “God is with” the Democratic Party regarding DACA and Dreamers.
The House Minority Leader was addressing reporters on Thursday when she was asked if she’d be willing to accept border wall funding or a crackdown on illegal immigration to reach a deal with President Trump on DACA.
“Have you changed your mind at all about being willing to accept some border wall funding or immigration crackdown funding within a DREAM Act fix?” asked one journalist.
“We’ve said to the president the night he agreed to the DACA legislation that we have a responsibility to protect our border, and we find — think are many things we can do working together to do that. And members have been working in a bipartisan way to address that,” said Pelosi.
“But I’m optimistic. I always have been. God is with us on this. Our country is great. We know their greatness springs from the vitality that newcomers bring to our country. 80 percent at least of the American people support the DREAMers,” she added.

FIREWORKS: Pelosi STUMBLES, Doesn't 'Believe' Sexual Accusers
Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi came under fire from both Republicans and fellow Democrats over the weekend, after she stumbled through an interview where she failed to criticize a liberal “icon” at the center of a widening sex scandal, saying he deserves “due process.”
Pelosi was speaking with NBC’s ‘Meet the Press’ on Sunday when the California Congresswoman was pressed on accusations of sexual misconduct against senior Democrat John Conyers.
The House Minority Leader referred to the disgraced Democrat as a political “icon,” refused to call for his resignation, and then bizarrely called the movement against sexual harassers “transformative” and “refreshing.”
“I’m trying to think of a political interview in recent history that’s been as damaging to a politician, simply because she was so unprepared and could not answer questions about a huge crisis that is sweeping across the nation and so many industries, not just politics,” said one Republican strategist.
