Amid plummeting support from Black Americans, President Joe Biden delivered remarks at the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, DC on Friday. Biden’s speech wasn’t without a few of his signature gaffes and head-scratching moments.
X account RNC Research compiled a few of the strangest moments — especially the pandering.

Biden campaign co-chair Cedric Richmond says, when it comes to the Black community, Biden “has to answer two questions: Why go out and bother to vote, which is almost the same question of what’s in it for me for voters,” said “And then he has to answer the Janet Jackson test of – ‘What have you done for me lately?’”
Not sure Joe got the job done this time.
