LIBERAL UTOPIA? Report Says San Fran Bay Area MORE RACIALLY SEGREGATED in 2010 Than in 1970

posted by Hannity Staff - 5.29.19

San Francisco’s Bay Area was reportedly more racially segregated in 2010 than 40 years prior; raising serious new questions over progress in a city that prides itself a liberal bastion for far-left policies.

“Segregation in the Bay Area persisted and, in some cases, grew since 1970. Seven of the region’s nine counties had more segregation in 2010 than they did in 1970. The only two that saw declines — San Francisco and Alameda counties — remain classified as ‘high’ segregation places,” reports the San Francisco Chronicle.

“That’s according to a brief from researchers at UC Berkeley’s Haas Institute for a Fair and Inclusive Society — the third in a five-part series,” adds the newspaper. “Black-white segregation remains the highest, even though it’s on the decline.”

The shocking data comes as locals leave the city over the region’s escalating homeless crisis; with new statistics showing the transient population increasing by 17% since 2017 as officials pledge more than $300 million annually to regain control.

“Despite creating hundreds of new shelter beds and spending more than $300 million annually on homelessness, San Francisco has seen the number of homeless people in the city rise by 17% since 2017 — with a whopping amount of that increase coming from people living in vehicles,” reports the San Francisco Chronicle.

“The number of people living in cars, RVs and other vehicles has risen by 45% since the last one-night count was taken two years ago. That much has been anecdotally evident for months, particularly in industrial Bayview neighborhoods, where vehicle colonies have sprouted in ever-increasing numbers over the past year,” adds the newspaper.

Los Angeles continued its own ongoing struggle with rampant homelessness and crumbling infrastructure this week, with residents complaining of “rotting trash piles” that are attacking rats and posing a major risk to the health of residents and tourists.

“Rat-infested piles of rotting garbage left uncollected by the city of Los Angeles, even after promises to clean it up, are fueling concerns about a new epidemic after last year’s record number of flea-borne typhus cases,” reports NBC Los Angeles.

“Even the city’s most notorious trash pile, located between downtown LA’s busy Fashion and Produce districts, continues to be a magnet for rats after it was cleaned up months ago. The rodents can carry typhus-infected fleas, which can spread the disease to humans through bacteria

CALIFORNIA CHAOS: Major Conventions ABANDON San Francisco Over ‘Safety’ Concerns

posted by Hannity Staff - 7.03.18

As thousands of Americans abandon San Francisco over rising crime, escalating homelessness, and rampant drug use, one major convention has decided to pull-the-plug on its semi-annual Bay Area conference; saying its members “no longer feel safe” in the region.

According to SF Gate, at least one “major medical association” has decided to cancel its annual convention in San Francisco; ending a tradition that extends back to the early 1980s.

“It’s the first time that we have had an out-and-out cancellation over the issue, and this is a group that has been coming here every three or four years since the 1980s,” said the President of San Francisco’s tourism bureau.

“The doctors group told the San Francisco delegation that while they loved the city, post-convention surveys showed their members were afraid to walk amid the open drug use, threatening behavior and mental illness that are common on the streets,” writes SF Gate.

“There was a time when the biggest obstacle to having a convention here was that it can be expensive, but now we have this new factor,” added the tourism insider.

CALIFORNIA CHAOS: Residents Flee ‘Sanctuary’ San Francisco’s ‘DISEASED STREETS’

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.20.18

San Francisco residents are fleeing the ‘City by the Bay’ in record numbers as crime, illegal immigration, drug use, and homelessness transform the city’s once-beautiful streets into “trash littered” blocks covered in “piles of feces.”

According to a recent study released by NBC News, investigators found at least 41 blocks within the city limits covered in used needles with 96 blocks “sullied with feces.”

“How dirty is San Francisco? An NBC Bay Area Investigation reveals a dangerous mix of drug needles, garbage, and feces throughout downtown San Francisco,” writes NBC.

“As the Investigative Unit photographed nearly a dozen hypodermic needles scattered across one block, a group of preschool students happened to walk by on their way to an afternoon field trip to city hall,” the report adds.

The study echoes similar reports from earlier this month, with CBS News claiming people were emigrating from the Bay Area in record numbers; citing sanctuary city laws as a primary reason to relocate as drug use and criminal activity escalates daily.

“I loved it here when I first got here. I really loved it here. But it’s just not the same,” said one software engineer. “We don’t like it here anymore. You know, we don’t like this sanctuary state status and just the politics.”
